1. Overview

QR Business Cards (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a service that lets you create a free digital profile and order premium printed business cards with a QR code linking to that profile. By using our website at qr-business-cards.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Profiles

• Creating a profile is free. No account or subscription is required.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile.
• Profiles must not contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
• We reserve the right to remove profiles that violate these terms.

3. Orders and Payment

• Prices are displayed in USD and include free standard shipping within the United States.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of checkout.
• Once an order is placed, your cards are sent to print. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and return details.

4. Printing and Fulfillment

Cards are printed by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Typical production time is 3–7 business days, plus shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after handoff.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile (name, photo, bio, links). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on your public profile page and print it on your ordered cards.

6. Limitation of Liability

QR Business Cards is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep profiles available and orders fulfilled on time, but we are not liable for downtime, printing errors by our fulfillment partner, or shipping delays. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
