Refund Policy

The Short Version

If your cards arrive damaged or with a printing defect, we will reprint and reship them at no cost. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind since cards are custom-printed to order.

Defective or Damaged Orders

If your business cards arrive with any of the following issues, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  • Print quality defects (blurry text, color issues, misalignment)
  • Damaged in transit (bent, torn, water damage)
  • Wrong quantity received
  • QR code does not scan correctly

We will reprint and reship your order at no additional cost. In some cases, we may ask for a photo of the issue to help improve our quality.

Non-Refundable Situations

Because each order is custom-printed with your unique profile and QR code, we cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect information entered by the customer (typos in name, wrong photo, etc.)
  • Orders that have already shipped where no defect exists

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the shipping notification, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or reship your order.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to print shortly after payment. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production, we can issue a full refund. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel.
